Kupke+Wolf GmbH and Korean Kuwotech Co. Ltd. signed cooperation and agency agreement after intensive negotiations. The agreement governs the cooperation of both companies in the fields of purchase, production and sales for the important markets of Korea and Taiwan. Furthermore the contract includes rules for the worldwide after-sales service for the modules from both sites.

Parting
After half a year of hard and difficult work in and direct after the liquidation phase resigned Mrs. Brigitte Stilp from the management of the Kupke + Wolf GmbH. As always planned she will return to her normal work as a corporate consultant. KuWo wouldn’t exist in its current form without her work in these difficult times of liquidation and reorganization. We, the crew of KuWo, say thanks and wish her all the best for the future. |

The Kupke+Wolf GmbH attends the market development with full dedication again. We are pleased to confirm that on January 14th, 2009 the Kupke+Wolf GmbH was registered on Mr. Gerd Draeger as managing sole shareholder at district court in Schwerin under commercial register HRB 6694. Mr. Draeger intends to continue and complement the product and service portfolio of Kupke+Wolf GmbH. We don’t like to rest on the success of our history. Our primary targets are satisfied partners, to which we intend to build and cultivate sustainable business relations. We consider complex tasks as challenge, as chance to develop and implement solutions, conjointly with you. We are located in Schwerin, where our experienced team develops and produces, besides others, fuel booster modules for various applications, ensures the spare part supply and is available for maintenance services. 25. Company Anniversary
"There has been a lot of developmental work, there have been many projects on behalf of prestigious industrial enterprises and there has also been a great deal of persistence on the road to becoming an internationally acknowledged construction and engineering company, "point out the two managing directors Paul Kupke and Jürgen Wolf at the party in the production hall of the company in Werkstraße 226 which was attended by business partners, employees and interested people from Schwerin.
